The bulk of Starr Fox business is done in the United States but many of our recruiters work with clients who have jobs worldwide.
Placement fees vary based on each role, and are not collected until a candidate is hired. The typical range is between 10% - 35% of base salary plus any sign-on bonus.
Yes. Depending on the fee this typically ranges from 30 - 180 days. If a hire quits or is fired within this time frame we will start the search again and replace the candidate for free.
We'll work closely with your company and your hiring managers to ensure that we fully understand your hiring needs. Once we have a job description, we'll take it from there. After we connect to candidates who we have determined would be a good fit for the role, we'll send a few resumes over for you to review and decide if you want to interview. Our goal is to have as little back and forth as possible and take all of the work off of your hands.
Yes. In addition to our robust database, our team's network is in touch with thousands more candidates who are not currently looking for a new position but are presented opportunities by their trusted recruiter. The backbone of our firm is our vast social network that stretches far past the most used candidate databases.
Yes, and just about every other job board out there, big and small. However, our biggest asset is our personal connection network. Our team will work together and pull from a candidate pool curated by decades of experience in the industry.
