Kevin is a Managing Partner and Director of Operations for Starr Fox. Prior to becoming part of Starr Fox, Kevin founded a contingent recruiting firm focused on manufacturing, engineering and the food industry.
His experience is from both sides, as a recruiter and as a business manager. He draws from his industry experience managing manufacturing operations, realizing what type of talent was necessary to work in a fast-paced environment that hinged on minute details in order to succeed.
Building on that knowledge, he was very successful in placing candidates in a wide range of roles and industries by treating each client as though it was his own business.
Based out of Los Angeles, Kevin's industry focus has progressed from strictly manufacturing and engineering to now include accounting, sales, marketing, IT and others. When not in the office you'll find him biking, running or surfing.
Kevin received his bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from Ohio University, and in addition to his recruiting experience he helped launch a grocery store chain, was Plant Manager of a seafood processing facility and Director of Quality Assurance for a franchise restaurant business.
